Alle opgaver samlet et sted – hele året rundt
Klubopgaver giver jer overblik over hele sæsonens opgaver – og gør det lettere at engagere frivillige. Systemet er udviklet specifikt til idrætsforeninger og bygger på praktiske behov fra rigtige klubfolk.
Herunder kan du se, hvad systemet kan.
Admins er de personer, som har adgang til at administrere i hele jeres system. Den person, som opretter en konto, er automatisk admin bruger. Vedkommende kan invitere flere admins ind i klubben.
Frivillige er de brugere, som kan se og kommentere på opgaverne i systemet. Admins inviterer altså frivillige ind i Klubopgaver, så de kan se hvilke opgaver, som de kan hjælpe med at løse.
Sæsoner er et begreb, du kan vælge at bruge til at sortere dine opgaver. Du kan fx. oprette en sæson “2025-2026” og en anden sæson “2026-2027”. Så kan du nemt kopiere opgaver over i kommende sæsoner, når de er løst.
Labels giver overblik over dine opgaver. Du kan oprette og navngive egne labels og derefter tilknytte dem til en opgave. Fx. kan du oprette et label, “Hjemmestævne” eller “Café” og derefter filtrere efter oprettede labels.
Opret dine opgaver til frivillige. Alt det nødvendige er inkluderet: Start og slut tid, beskrivelse, upload dokument, kategoriesér med label osv. Tilknyt selv frivillige, eller lad de frivillige selv tilmelde sig. Kopiér nemt til næste sæson.
Når du samler dine opgaver i en software, får du overblik og statistik. Hvem er de frivillige? Hvilke opgaver løser de? Og hvornår på året? Mangler der frivillige til konkrete opgaver, så er der også direkte kommunikation til mange frivillige.
